The EBS Solutions+ Protection Plan helps homeowners protect their investment, extend the life of their roofing
and exterior systems, and prevent costly repairs. Our trained technicians perform a comprehensive annual
inspection and address minor maintenance needs before they turn into major issues.

Included Annual Services
Roof Inspection with Photos
Full roof inspection by a qualified roofing technician
High-resolution photos of all slopes and penetrations
Check for loose, missing, or damaged shingles
Inspect flashing, pipe boots, vents, and chimneys
Check for exposed fasteners or nail pops
Document condition of ridge caps, valleys, and eaves
Provide photo inspection report and recommendations
Roof Maintenance & Caulking
Reseal and caulk critical points as needed
Flashings and counter-flashings
Nail heads and fasteners
Chimney and skylight perimeters
Includes replacement of up to 5 shingles once per year.
Gutter & Downspout Check
Check gutters for debris buildup and proper slope
Clean out minor debris or note areas needing full cleaning
Dryer Vent Inspection
Inspect exterior dryer vent for lint buildup and clogs
Clear accessible debris to improve airflow and reduce fire risk
Note: This does not clean the entire length of the dryer vent duct. It only cleans out the outlet vent cover.
Siding & Trim Inspection
Check for loose, cracked, or warped siding panels

Extended Roof Workmanship Warranty: Homeowners must maintain active membership in the Solutions+
Protection Plan for the full 5-year original workmanship warranty period and for the additional 3-year
extension period for the warranty to remain valid and extended. (Warranty extension applies to roof installations
performed by Exterior Building Solutions only.)
